Our client - a growing company that is in the search of:

National sales manager

Your responsibilities:

  • Actively pursue and develop new client relationships;
  • Identify potential business opportunities and expanding the company’s presence;
  • Manage the complete sales process, from lead generation and prospecting to closing deals;
  • Provide market feedback and insights from the Bulgarian market to help shape product offerings and prepare regular performance reports;
  • Contribute to shaping the company's presence in Bulgaria with the potential for further expanding and developing the local team;

The ideal candidate has:

  • Experience in sales, business development, and maintaining long-term partnerships;
  • Experience in sales of iron fittings for potable water, effluent water, and gas, or a related field;
  • Understanding of the Bulgarian market and the ability to identify and pursue growth opportunities;
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative;
  • Analytical mindset with experience in sales data reporting;
  • Fluency in English is required;
