Inventory Associate

For our client - a global company, we are looking for a competent and motivated professional to join their team in the role of: Inventory Associate

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the inventory of archived and newly processed samples.
• Handle sample shipments, including documentation and communication with couriers and clients.
• Enter sample data into databases and virtual/physical freezers daily.
• Prepare the documents related to the samples and shipments.
• Print and assign sample labels; manage inventory-related consumables and queries .
• Prepare reports and support audits and stock counts.

Requirements:

• University Degree.
• Logistics Experience will be considered a plus.
• Good Excel Skills.
• Excellent command in English both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in a similar position or in a laboratory will be an advantage.
