For a valued client, an international production company, we are seeking an experienced professional to join their growing team in the role of:
Process engineer
Your responsibilities:
• You will define and control the production parameters of the production process.
• You will control the quantitative and qualitative parameters of ingredients, used in the production process.
• You will actively participate in the different steps of innovations / projects – process improvements, product development etc.
• As an expert for your production process, you will train colleagues and provide relevant information to secure required knowledge.
• You will investigate and find solutions for problematic areas of the production process.
• You will perform analysis and be responsible for reporting and presenting data / information.
• You will collaborate with various interface areas (Quality, Supply chain, Product Development, Sales, Procurement, Customers etc.) and work in international and multifunctional teams.
Your profile:
• Engineering degree /preferably in chemistry, biology, biotechnology, food processes, engineering/.
• 2-3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Knowledgeable in international standards related to food industry - BRC, ISO, HACCP, GMP, etc. is considered a plus.
• Good level in English – written and spoken.
• Confident handling of MS Office.
• You feel comfortable in a dynamic, international environment and are open to change
• You are a committed and customer-oriented team player for whom a proactive, goal-oriented way of working is a matter of course.
• You enjoy every day operational, but also creative work.
• You manage multitasking / prioritization and working under stress.
