Environmental, Health and Safety Specialist

Due to the further need of our trusted client, newly open production company, we are looking to hire a Environmental, Health and Safety Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement EHS policies and procedures in line with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Perform regular site inspections and safety audits; identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• Lead investigations of incidents and near-misses, document findings, and propose preventive measures.
• Organize and conduct EHS training programs to enhance awareness and compliance among employees.
• Maintain accurate records of safety training, incident reports, and regulatory documentation.
• Collaborate with various departments to drive a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of EHS regulations and industry standards.
• Experience with EHS management systems and compliance tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal english.
• Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail.
