Medical Manager

For one of our top clients - a leading multinational company that designs, manufactures and markets skin care and health products worldwide, we are looking for an experienced professional to join their team on the position of Medical Manager.

The Medical Manager is responsible for the medical marketing strategy creation and implementation.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement medical strategy in alignment with the company vision and current as well as long-term objectives
• Ensure medical deliverables are met for all activities and programs implemented in accordance with the organization strategy
• Еstablish and maintain professional and credible relationship with key opinion leaders, doctors and medical associations
• Develop medical content creation with the support of KOL and medical experts
• Plan the launch of new products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan
• Provide medical oversight, input and support to commercial strategy, brand plans and related executions
• Contribute to the development of marketing and sales materials
• Provide scientific trainings and medical marketing presentations
• Represent the company in external stakeholder meetings
• Analyse customer needs, market and competitors’ conditions and initiate appropriate strategy and actions
• Plan and monitor medical marketing annual budget; create reports

Skills and requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant working experience
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Ability to motivate and develop team
• Pro-activeness and innovation
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
• Creativity, sales skills and strong project management skills
• Good time management skills
• University degree in Health-care related field, Medical, Pharmaceutical or Marketing/ Economics
• Excellent MS office skills
• Level of proficiency in English
