Receptionist

We are currently seeking a highly organized, professional, and welcoming Receptionist to join the dynamic team of our client – a leading technology manufacturer. As part of a small, close-knit team of two, you will be the first point of contact in the executive area, ensuring smooth daily operations and representing the company with warmth and efficiency.

Key responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with a friendly and professional attitude
  • Coordinate and support executive-level meetings and corporate events
  • Manage front-desk administrative duties, including mail distribution, scheduling, and office supply inventory
  • Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion
  • Support various ad hoc tasks and assist with project coordination as needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area

Desired skills, experience, and qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a front-desk administrative role
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Clear and professional communication abilities
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong multitasking capabilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
  • Fluent English, both spoken and written
  • University degree preferred
