HR & Payroll Administrator

We are hiring on behalf of a growing international company with a focus on operations and HR administration. The position is a mix of responsibilities with a strong focus on local labor law, payroll management, and team coordination.

What You’ll Do:

  • Admin Support & Payroll Management: Assist with payroll processes for multiple countries, using SAP-based systems. Ensure timely and accurate payroll, including handling overtime, night shifts, and compliance with local labor laws.
  • Time Management & Scheduling: Work with time management systems for employee scheduling and ensuring the proper tracking of working hours.
  • HR Processes: Assist with HR documentation such as employment contracts, terminations, and other labor relations tasks.
  • Employee Benefits & Rewards: Manage benefits administration, including food vouchers, insurance, and pension plans.

What You Bring:

  • Experience in HR or payroll administration, preferably with knowledge of labor law.
  • Knowledge of Payroll & Time Management Systems
  • English Fluency
  • Ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior management, vendors, and employees.
