PCB Design Engineer with EMC Focus

For one of our valued clients, a global leader in automation technology and technical education, we’re currently looking for an PCB Design Engineer with EMC Focus to join a rapidly growing team in Sofia.
Mission: This person will design printed circuit boards (PCBs) and perform EMC (electromagnetic compatibility) tests to ensure products meet technical standards. They will also prepare documentation, maintain the EMC lab, and support projects in industrial automation and robotics.
Responsibilities:
- Design printed circuit boards (PCBs).
- Work on electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) topics.
- Perform EMC tests like ESD, Burst, Surge, and high-frequency tests based on a test plan, and document the results.
- Prepare official documents such as CE declarations and certificates.
- Create test templates.
- Take care of the EMC lab and its equipment.
- Deliver internal trainings when needed.
Requirements:
- Experience using SAP and Windchill systems.
- Degree in Electronics, Electromechanics, or a similar technical field.
- At least 2 years of experience in electromechanical design.
- Experience in PCB engineering is a plus.
- Good English skills; German is an advantage.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Able to work independently with a structured and goal-oriented approach.
