Back- office Coordinator with German

On behalf of our trusted international client, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Back- office support with German to join their team. The ideal candidate will assist the sales team by managing sales-related administrative tasks, ensuring accurate documentation, and providing exceptional support to internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team with order processing, contract documentation, and administrative tasks.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance of sales documentation and data.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and customers to address inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Assist with invoicing, credit memos, and sales reporting.
  • Manage customer accounts, update CRM records, and follow up on outstanding requests.
  • Handle retention and cancellation processes, maintaining a professional customer experience.
  • Participate in process improvement discussions and product integration efforts.
  • Provide excellent customer and partner support via email, chat, or phone.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in customer service, sales administration, or back-office roles.
  • Advanced German language skills (B2) and intermediate English (B1).
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and detail-oriented skills.
  • Excellent communication with a customer-centric approach.
  • Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Key competencies: adaptability, accountability, teamwork, and results-driven.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforаce) or call center tools is a plus.
  • Prior sales support or customer service experience preferred.
  • Experience in telecommunications is an advantage.
