Full Stack Developer (C# and React)

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer (C# and React) to join one of our clients, a leading provider of cloud-based core banking platforms for the financial sector. Their cutting-edge technology powers advanced decision-based online services and is already deployed at Tier 1 banks.

Note: This role is primarily focused on C# and React development. However, there is a planned transition to Java-based development. Candidates should be open to and ideally interested in moving to Java technologies over time.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable microservices for our core platform;
• Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle, from design to deployment;
• Write well-structured, testable, and efficient code following best practices;
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders as part of a Scrum team;
• Lead the technical design and development of major platform components and microservices;
• Mentor team members by sharing best practices and ensuring compliance with development standards;
• Support continuous improvement by researching new technologies and presenting solutions for architectural reviews;
• Partner with delivery and customer support teams to ensure successful project implementations.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience in modern web application development, specifically with C#;
• Experience with ReactJS;
• Experience in AWS;
• Experience in Agile/Scrum development.
• Willingness to transition to Java technologies in the near future.

Nice to have:

• Experience with NoSQL ideally with MongoDB;
• Understanding of clustering and microservices-based architecture;
• Experience with Docker & Kubernetes.
