For one of our clients – a global giant operating in a wide variety of fields. We are on the lookout for determined, organized and team-oriented individuals for the role of Disputes Support with German and English - Hybrid model.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Managing customer queries/disputes promptly and accurately;
  • Utilizing technology for effective service delivery and data management;
  • Resolve issues through Disputes Management Team and providing feedback and support to Disputes Team Lead
  • Completing Disputes procedures efficiently and handling follow-up issues on Disputes;
  • Maintaining and updating Disputes work instructions, supporting team members and providing guidance on Disputes processes;
  • Working with the Business Unit for smooth Disputes process transition to Shared Services Center and assisting the transition team;
  • Continuously improving end-to-end processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and delivering top-quality service to stakeholders;
  • Building strong relationships with the Business Unit stakeholders, working closely with their Finance teams and other departments;
  • Providing requested documentation promptly and collaborating with audit teams during financial audits.


  • At least B2 level in German and English language;
  • Previous experience Shared Services environment or Call Centre;
  • Determined and driven to provide excellent customer service;
  • Skilled with time management, planning, and organization;
  • Confident communicator with excellent soft skills;
  • Team-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to work;
  • Bachelor's degree.
