Responsibilities

  • Participate in the integration process of new payment service providers and specific payment solutions.
  • Have overview and take ownership over the whole integration and configuration process.
  • Participate in daily meetings with developers to assess and mitigate risks coming from delivery changes.
  • Analyze transaction logs to define root cause of processing errors or other errors related to payments.
  • Optimize customer flows during the integration process or during testing phases; conduct monitoring in post-release.
  • Participate in process optimization and automation.
  • Identifying, reporting, and resolving payments related technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Communicate both with internal technical departments and external providers.
  • Build a deep understanding of the different cashier solutions and share the acquired knowledge with team members.
  • Follow-up on ongoing tasks, so that they are completed in a timely manner

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of HTTP structured logs is a must.
  • Basic knowledge of send and receive requests via API is must.
  • General knowledge of different integration types is preferable.
  • Background in Online Payments, technical knowledge of the payments ecosystem is a must.
  • Experience in working with Jira/ Confluence and Kanban methodology will be considered an advantage.
  • Experience in online gambling is a must.
  • Previous experience with cashier providers and integration of different payment providers and options will be considered an advantage.
  • Must be able to manage assigned workload and time efficiently.
  • Key must-have features: self-motivated, independent and pro-active.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to a constantlychanging environment and different priorities.
  • Ability to follow-up on tight deadlines and to find creative solutions to complex problems.
  • Strong attention to details and analytical skills.
  • Fluent verbal and written English.
