On behalf of one of our partners – a British digital services company, we are currently looking for Client Coordinator with French.

Responsibilities:

  • Support of customers by processing requests via phone and email
  • Resolving product/service issues and providing ongoing assistance to customers
  • Handling incoming calls and customer inquiries;
  • Up-selling of company’s products or services;
  • Compliance with project-specific communication standards and processes;
  • Maintaining accurate database.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and spoken French language;
  • Experience in customer facing role or sales would be considered as an advantage;
  • MS Office knowledge.
