Customer Support Officer with English

Our clients is one of the most innovative companies in the field of specialty raw materials, distributing exclusively leading global manufacturers of ingredients, designed, patented, produced and addressed to the Industry of Food, Cosmetics, Pharmaceuticals, Food Supplements, Detergents & Winery.

We are currently searching for a highly motivated professional to join their team and fulfill the role of: Customer Support officer with English language

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and professional assistance to customers via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Resolve product or service-related issues promptly and accurately.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.

Required Profile:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience in a corporate environment
  • Previous experience in customer service
  • Excellent level of English language
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Knowledge of MS Office – especially PowerPoint, Excel and Word
  • Teamwork spirit
  • Trasparency and Reliability
