Not only we innovate, but we also invest and grow. Now we have a great job opportunity for a Finance Business Partner in our team in Plovdiv plant.

What will you do?

  • Drive and optimizes the performance of the business in the perimeter of action, on the ground, as a co-pilot of business leaders.
  • Make an impact as a member of the Management Team of the entity, lead the controlling activities to ensure a proper and timely reporting.
  • Provides business leader support and actionable insights during financial close periods.
  • Reviews recurring financial reporting and presentations.
  • Identifies trends and formulates action plans.
  • Get involved in group projects and pilot the change management.
  • Determines financial results (e.g., revenue, profitability, OPEX, etc.) and conducts variance analyses.
  • Collaborates to ensure execution of plans and accountability for results.
  • Animate all reporting cycles (monthly actual results, forecast, etc.), regular reporting and dashboard with high quality and continuously improving efficiency with the use of digital tools.
  • Work effectively with business leaders and department managers to proactively drive key business initiatives an effectively analyze and report the financial impact on the business.
  • Prepare and present quarterly Business review, coordinate with each department for data collection and challenge reasonability.

What qualifications will make you successful?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • Min 3-5 years’ experience in financial, operational and business partnering roles
  • English on good communication level and excellent negotiation skills
  • ERP Systems (SAP, SAP Hana, etc.)
  • Excellent analytical skills combined with impeccable business judgment and ability to communicate effectively with management.
  • Passion for metrics and figures and the ability to get into the details, while also seeing and understanding the big picture.
  • Ability to monitor, allocate and report cost drivers that relate to a certain product or production process.
  • Ability to identify issues and risks, analyze and understand underlying causes and devise appropriate action plans.
