Mellon Bulgaria EAD, as part of the Mellon Group, for the office in Sofia seeks to hire a Software Support Expert

Key duties and responsibilities:

  • Project coordination with the software development teams from HQ in Greece;
  • Responsible for QA testing of software solutions delivered to customers;
  • Diagnose and fixing of software related problems;
  • Create technical specification documents as per business requirements;
  • Execute daily tasks related to loading data in Mellon CTI systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in computer science, telecommunications, engineering or related subject;
  • 5 years of experience in the field of IT & Telecommunications;
  • Fluency in English and strong PC literacy;
  • Ability to work within tight deadlines;
  • Experience with any SQL management tool;
  • Other skills:
    • Basic knowledge of telecommunication;
    • Basic knowledge of networks;
    • General understanding of operating systems;
  • Any of the below programming languages will be an advantage:
    • VB.Net;
    • C#.Net;
    • Java & C# object oriented programming (Beginner level)
  • Web Services implementation is considered an advantage.
