Currently, for one of our trusted clients – a French company specialized in inspection and quality control, we are looking for a Sales Specialist B2B (Trainings and Certifications) to join their international team of professionals!

You can join in either of their offices in Sofia or Varna

Among your responsibilities will be:

•    Implement the strategy and services development plans to achieve the sales objectives through specific activities.

•    Present, promote and sell company services to existing and prospective customers.

•    Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

•    Prepare the commercial offers, assuring their follow-up and delivery to the clients within the established deadlines.

•    Monitor continuously the market trends as well as the requirements and needs of customers and identify opportunities to secure traditional services and develop new services and client’s portfolio.

•    Initiate and attend meetings and other events that can generate revenue for the company

•    Adjust the business development strategy according to the changes of the market 

•    Collaborates with other departments of the company to ensure that the services sold and developed are in line with the capabilities and this ones can be delivered at the quality level expected by the customers;

•    Share the information to the involved stakeholders from the organization (Sales tribe and P&L owners).

•    Identifies factors that hinder the realization of the business development plan and proposes ways to optimize and/or adjust results and forecasts.

•    Maintain up to date the CRM internal system

Requirements:

•    Proven working experience of 2+ years in selling services (preferably certifications and training and financial services)

•    MS Office knowledge (Excel, Power Point)

•    English - advanced level.

•    Clean driving license B cat

•    Demonstrated ability in business-to-business (B2B) sales

•    Strong interpersonal skills, capacity to adapt to a complex and dynamic business environment

•    Ability and willingness for face to face meetings with prospective and existing clients

•    Proficiency with data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting

•    Ability to deliver presentations
