Technical Service Operations Assistant

Join our dynamic team at Intermedica, a leading player in the MedTech industry, as a Technical Service Operations Assistant. In this role, you'll ensure smooth operations in our Technical Service department, supporting our Engineering team and clients.

Main tasks and duties:

  • Manages administrative tasks in the Technical Service Department;
  • Handles document flow for technical service (protocols, parts requests, invoices, offers, etc.);
  • Organizes and processes technical and service documents and reports;
  • Registers and dispatches service cases and work orders;
  • Enters and processes data in the service management system;
  • Maintains a database of service assets;
  • Keeps an up-to-date database of clients and partners;
  • Supports the budgeting and planning process of the Service Department's activities;
  • Meets all deadlines and commitments to customers;
  • Communicates with clients in writing and verbally;
  • Collaborates closely with the Service Engineering team and the broader Intermedica team.

To be successful on this position, you will need:

  • University degree or last year student would benefit the team, but is not a must;
  • Previous experience in customer service, operations, or administrative roles, preferably within the HealthCare / MedTech industry is a plus;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and desirable previous experience with CRM/SMS systems;
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment;
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset;
  • Curious personality with a high aptitude for learning and continuous improvement;
  • Fluent English (both verbal and written).
