Customer Service Representative with German and English (Home Office)

Due to our business and operational expansion, we are looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Representative with German and English to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing daily contact with end users of products and services;
  • Providing feedback to end users after request or after processing a specific case;
  • Maintaining up-to-date information in the database about performed activities and operations;
  • Operating with specialized software to provide queries and support for work systems.

Requirements:

  • Very good level of German & English - minimum C1 level ;
  • Great communication skills;
  • Self-motivation, pragmatic and friendly approach;
  • Well-developed customer orientation skills;
  • Willingness to learn and develop;
  • Previous Retail / call center experience is preferred.
