Business Intelligence Analyst

Our applications are installed on more than 600 million devices worldwide. During our 23 year history, we have created OfficeSuite, PDF Extra and MobiDrive, which have proven themselves to be viable alternatives for the products from Microsoft and Adobe.

Currently, we have 200 employees in our headquarters in Sofia and offices in San Diego.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a highly motivated professional with a strong background in Business Intelligence. She/he will work with the company stakeholders to identify business intelligence, reporting and data analysis needs, define strategies and implement solutions that satisfy those needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Product departments to identify information needs and define KPI and metrics.
  • Design, develop, and maintain QlikSense dashboards and Looker Studio reports.
  • Define strategies for data collection, aggregation, analysis, and reporting.
  • Monitor the quality of the collected data and the reporting consistency and take actions in case of deviations.
  • Work with Product team to develop data related features in the applications and servers.
  • Perform analyses on the available data to extract actionable insights on user behavior that will help drive product and business decisions.
  • Design, execute and analyze A/B tests.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, engineering, economics or another quantitative discipline
  • Proven experience in a similar BI Analyst role
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in SQL. Familiarity with Google BigQuery is an advantage.
  • Experience with data reporting tools and analytics platforms. Familiarity with Qlik Sense is an advantage.
  • Statistical competence such as regression modelling, A/B testing, significance testing, etc.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience in the mobile apps business is an advantage
  • Excellent English skills – written & spoken
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and comfort working with multiple stakeholders
  • Proactive. Self-organizing. Able to multi-task and prioritize
