German-speaking International Recruiter

Workster partners with a leading German BPO company that specializes in providing exceptional customer support and sales services to renowned brands. Together, we’re looking for a German-speaking recruiter to join the team in Sofia, with a hybrid or on-site working model.

Your Role

  • Source and attract candidates through various channels such as databases, social media, and job fairs
  • Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates’ knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes
  • Collaborate with different departments and managers to identify staffing needs
  • Facilitate the onboarding process to ensure seamless integration of new employees
  • Foster strong relationships with candidates, serving as a trusted recruiter throughout the selection process
  • Create, update, and maintain analytical reports and databases

Your Qualifications

  • C1 proficiency in German and Bulgarian
  • English is an advantage but not mandatory
  • University degree, preferably in Human Resources or a related field
  • previous work in BPO is a huge plus
  • Proven work experience in recruitment, familiarity with hiring profiles, assessments, interviews, and Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Strong organizational, communication, networking, and presentation skills
  • Experience with sourcing techniques (hiring profile, assessments, interviews, and ongoing follow-up) and understanding of referral programs is a plus
