For one of our clients, an international pharmaceutical company - we are searching for a driven professional for the mission of:


The Major Responsibilities Include: • Develops and implements commercial marketing strategies for achieving the company's goals. • Participates in the development of marketing strategies, marketing and promotional activities at the points of sale for positioning existing products and launching new items, including shelving solutions, promo zones, etc. • Analyses the market and competitors to identify opportunities for development and improvement of products or services. • Cooperates with commercial partners (pharmacies, chains, and marketing agencies) to build and maintain strategic partnerships. • Assists sales teams in the implementation of external and internal training programs, product demonstrations, etc. • Analyzes the portfolio in the retail outlets of the customers and improves the positioning of the company's products through listing, merchandising, communication tools, promotional activities, etc. • Manages the budget for trade marketing activities and tracks the results. • Participates in the preparation of the promotional calendar. • Prepares and analyses the data on sales and consumer behavior to optimize sales marketing activities. • Measures the implementation and effectiveness of campaigns.

Experience required: • At least 3 years of experience in marketing and retail with a focus on trade marketing, preferably in pharmaceuticals or FMCG

Qualification and skills: • Higher education in Marketing, Economics or Trade • Strategic thinking and proven analytical skills; • Excellent technical skills – Excell, PowerPoint, data analysis tools; • Ability to manage projects and work under pressure. • Excellent communication skills and ability to cooperate with different departments and teams (KAM, Sales team, Marketing, Regulations) • Effective time management and resource planning. • Knowledge and understanding of product life-cycle and commercial processes in the pharma industry will be advantage;
