Reservations Agent - Inbound Voice and Email

Beehive Hospitality is extending its Hotel Reservations Agents team and is looking for candidates with excellent command of the English language.

The job will entail support of guests of our Clients - hotels and aprt-hotels ranging from luxury and life-style properties to self catering apartments - primarily in Europe. This will be done over the phone as well over email and other text based communication platforms.

The successful candidate will have excellent command of the English language and will be in a positive disposition, expressed readiness to assist travelers in a courteous and informative manner, and eagerness to advance in the international hospitality industry.

Some knowledge of the hospitality industry will be an advantage, although previous experience is not required.

The work will be carried out seven-days in shifts of eight hours - starting respectively at eight in the morning and midday, with coverage of one weekend per month, from the offices of Beehive Hospitality in Studentski Grad in Sofia.
