Role Overview

As a Marketing Research Specialist, you will be part of our Brands, Markets, Partners department. This role combines different MarCom activities, with its primary focus being online research, and secondary focus being communication with external and internal stakeholders. You will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data on products, consumers, suppliers, competitors, behaviors and trends in different markets within various industries related to the development of Living Homes. Your structured research findings will provide valuable insights and recommendations to support informed internal business decision-making. You will be responsible for communicating and liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders, such as business partners and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct online market research to identify relevant information for different target markets, covering various topics related to the concept of Living Homes
  • Collect, analyze and summarize data from online sources
  • Participate actively within internal discussions to understand long-term and short-term research needs and objectives
  • Prepare detailed analytical reports and presentations for internal stakeholders
  • Present research findings and insights in a clear and concise manner
  • Communicate with team members and external business partners
  • Monitor industry news and updates to stay informed about market changes
  • Brainstorm ideas that can help improve our competitiveness and identify opportunities
  • Identify keywords and monitor keyword mentions across digital channels
  • Maintain and update market research documents

  • Research skills: Previous professional experience in marketing, communication and market research is preferred

  • Communication skills: Very good verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent conduct in English: Fluency in written and spoken English is a must
  • Education: University degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Communications, Research, Business Administration, or another related field is required
