We're Looking for Someone With:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree.
• Advanced computer skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Knowledge of Lean technologies.
• Experience with SAP/ERP.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Excellent people management.
• Analytical problem-solving.

Your Role Will Involve:

• Plan and manage production capacity.
• Align manpower with production demands.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Optimize resource usage.
• Lead and develop team members.
• Drive and participate in improvement projects.
• Ensure direct reports comply with health, safety, internal, and legal requirements.
• Actively participate in the development of production systems and parameters.
• Foster a culture of teamwork and high performance.
• Manage and control resources, including supplies, consumables, waste, work clothes, and protective equipment.
