Purchasing and Logistics Specialist

/1-year contract with an option to become permanent/

Main responsibilities:

• Providing and maintaining the necessary materials and services to ensure continuous operation of the production facilities;
• Negotiate terms of purchases/ services;
• Place and track purchase orders;
• Coordinate with suppliers and monitor the complete supply chain;
• Optimize purchasing concerning total costs of ownership;
• Follow up on market situation development;
• Work with SAP – database of materials, suppliers, contracts, and purchase requests.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree - Technical or Economics;
• Relevant professional experience in a production company will be considered as a plus;
• Knowledge of SAP or other ERP is a must;
• Computer literacy – MS Office;
• Very good command of English;
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
