Job Purpose

Тhe Manager NPI Expert MDG is responsible for supporting the implementation and rollout of the SAP MDG/or other data platform in all CCEP core data domains. She/he will act as the main SME for MDG/or other data platforms, building system and process knowledge. She/he will be responsible for transitioning from project to BaU mode. She/he will be covering all training and tutoring for all NPI team members in relation to MDG/other data platform needs. The Mgr NPI Expert MDG will support all other NPI teams as well as other stakeholders involved in Master Data MDG and CFIN processes. She/he will work in close collaboration with Country NPI teams and SSC stakeholders, BPT, as well as external parties to develop procedures, tools and data loading tools in the most efficient manner. She/he will be also responsible for collecting, generating and maintaining data based on maintenance rules that the relevant data teams will manage and adjust accordingly. She/he will lead/support S/4 system issue resolution where Master Data/MDG/other data platforms are involved, major focus on the stability of Central Finance/CFIN processes. She/he will lead/support understand new business requirements impacting existing Data standards and assess solutions. She/he will lead/support on continuous improvement initiatives across the Data teams and domains, developing new solutions and supporting/enhancing existing ones.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main NPI SME for the SAP MDG/data platform project
  • Support the development of data creation/maintenance processes and workflows in the relevant internal and external systems (SAP MDG or other platform)
  • Support Central Finance stability, overall performance and addresses related issues to relevant BPT stakeholders
  • Validate and monitor pro-actively data accuracy and consistency during the data migration from legacy to SAP MDG
  • Ensure correctness and comprehensiveness of all relevant NPI E2E workflows, processes, steps, validations, requirements are implemented into SAP MDG/other data platform
  • Supports all NPI project activities (ex. SAP deployment projects) as needed
  • Resolve and communicate any issues with relevant stakeholders (internal and external)
  • Respond to queries from business within agreed timeframes
  • Support optimisation initiatives to processes and execute action plan in order to improve processes efficiency and effectiveness as well as data quality
  • Manage workflow enabled SAP MDG (or others) that support all data creation requests
  • Ensures all relevant NPI team members are properly trained and able to execute their BaU within SAP MDG/other data platform

Experience required

  • Experience of creating, managing and analyzing complex interconnected workflows & validations into a dynamic data system. Deep knowledge and understanding of SC processes. Programing language expertise (VBA, ABAP or other relevant). Experience in a multinational organization and/or Shared Services environment is an advantage.
  • Developed and implemented at least one CI solution and a tool (proof of concept needed). Advanced VBA expertise. ABAP is an advantage. MS Access and SQL knowledge is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to of create, manage and analyze records/data through electronic systems, ideally in multinational organization and/or Shared Services environment
  • A mastery in understanding of business processes
  • Strong customer service orientation

Language Capability & expert level

Essential: English + other CCEP language

Education & Qualifications required

  • University Degree or equivalent preferred
  • Advanced VBA expertise. ABAP is an advantage. MS Access and SQL knowledge is a strong advantage
  • Deep Knowledge and understanding of SAP/Hana/MDG is required
