Prof, PO Services and Support - Temporary role

Job Purpose

The Shared Services STP PO Services and Support Professional will be responsible to perform PO Services activities, act as support for the other team members, ensuring customer satisfaction and confidence in information supplied whilst maintaining and increasing the credibility of the function. The STP Purchase Services Professional is responsible to identify and respond to internal and external customer’s needs and handling purchase requisition requests, creation and amendment of Purchase Orders and Purchase Order related quires received as cases/tickets from the STP Service Desk, Ariba Guided Buying, BU as e-mails, from employees, suppliers and approved third parties, ensuring Purchase Orders are created or amended in a timely manner in line with CCEP guided buying principles. The position will be tasked with driving and delivering STP Purchase Order service excellence to the business with an emphasis on quality, customer service and continuous process improvement to further enhance the STP service level and effectiveness expected throughout.

Key Responsibilities:

Provides feedback and support to the STP Purchase Services and Support Manager in driving end-to-end standard STP processes across the CCEP business Proactively improves the quality of STP through identification and resolution of issues and continuous improvement of STP processes Supports the team to ensure the successful execution of all STP in-scope operational activities. Ensures that CCEP policies are adhered to (e.g. approvals, financial guidelines, etc.) Ensure quality tickets and Purchase Requisitions management through proper usage of the systems and processes to capture and record enquiries Develops and recommends action plans to ensure targets are achieved or exceeded Support the team with Service-oriented handling of Purchase Order related enquiries with communication, in local language of the customer, of information by telephone and in writing (email) where applicable Support the agreement of delivery priorities with BPO management and key customers/stakeholders Support the team with updating case/ticket, with all necessary information Maintaining good relationship with suppliers and stakeholders

Experience preferred

Minimum of 2 years Procurement/PTP/Accounts Payable experience in a multinational organisation and/or Shared Services environment

Functional technical skills required

Experience of creating, managing and analyzing records/data through computerized systems, ideally in multinational organisation and/or Shared Services environment Strong ERP experience essential, preferably SAP/ SAP Ariba Network
