Medical Sales Representative

For one of our clients, we are looking for an experienced professional for the position of:

The Major Responsibilities:

Regular visits to clients, informing clients on products and marketing activities, collecting orders, negotiating on rebates and closing sales, collecting feedback from clients and building and keeping strong partnerships; • Ensure agreed call frequency rate of targeted pharmacists, keeping in mind that the number of calls per doctors/ pharmacists are subject to change according to the company marketing strategy; • Implements and develop the merchandising pharma standards; Assures the promotional layout in the pharmacies according to Product Manager recommendation; • Effectively manage the assigned territory by means of planning (territory KPIs, analysis, resources allocation, call planning); plan visits for each working day with the objectives of the visit; • Consistently achieve sales objectives (units, value, MS) of the promoted product portfolio, in his/her area; • Propose, assist in and organize round tables and symposia to promote company image and products awareness, with the objective of achieving sales targets; • Develop and maintain privileged contacts and relationships with KOLs, decision makers, doctors and pharmacists; • Keep abreast of ongoing marketing activities especially competitors’ launch / movement of new products and send feedback to District Manager/BU Manager and to the concerned Product Manager for necessary action on regular basis;

Experience required:

Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales; Expertise – product knowledge;

Qualification and skills:

University degree in medical or economical field; Communication skills; Sales and negotiation skills; Influencing skills and conversation/meeting management skills; Presentation skills; Problem and complaint solving skills; Ability to manage time, energy and stress; Teamwork and collaboration; English - Very good knowledge; Computer skills: MS Office; Driving license;
