If you are ready to combine skills, passion, and customer-focus with fluent German and English, you could be perfect for the role of Technical Advisor.
So, what’s the role all about?
- Address customer inquiries related to accounts, products, and orders
- Support software installation and deployment
- Use our advanced knowledgebase to diagnose and solve technical issues
- Provide complex information in a simple way
- Functional understanding of different operating systems and platforms
You are the one we’re looking for if you:
- Fluency in German and advanced skills in English
- University graduate
- Strong communication, interpersonal and customer relationship management skills
- Good active listening and attention to detail
- Teamwork skills

- Full-time role with standard working hours Monday – Friday from 10:00-19:00
