About the internship

As an intern in HR, you'll have the opportunity to take on a captivating project that could significantly impact our business operations. We're seeking a dedicated individual to join our team and spearhead a project aimed at HR.

Context of the project: Creation of a structured library of training materials for blue collars to enhance employee skills and knowledge

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for career development on the production site
  • Conduct research and analysis to develop innovative strategies for a new-generation Library for our Learning Academy
  • Implement and evaluate pilot projects aimed at HR
  • Collect and analyze data to measure Training activities, Skills needed for the job, etc.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management

About you To be considered for this role you must have as a minimum:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Studies or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for sustainability, circular economy principles, and innovation.
