HR Specialist Intern
Job description:
Eviden is seeking to strengthen its Group Quality, Security, Risk, and Compliance service. The role involves understanding and supporting HR Quality, Security, and Compliance activities.
We are offering a 12-month paid internship program.
Job responsibilities:

Monitor HR Compliance alerts and assist the Compliance team as per the HR scope.

Book of Internal Controls: Collaborate with the Internal Control team by analysing results and presenting them to HR directors and process owners.

Manage the timetable for initiating the reviews and support the review with the policy owner to perform quality control on the revised policy.

Support internal and external audit by collecting and consolidating HR data. Communicate findings and follow up on improvements.

Participate in various projects, related to HR Quality, Security, Risk and Compliance.

Participate in other cross-functional projects that affect directly or indirectly the performance of HR functions and services.
Job requirements:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree level education or equivalent in the legal field.

Excellent written and spoken English, French is a strong advantage.

Previous internship would be appreciated but not essential.

Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint, Macros & VBA are a strong advantage.

An organised and diligent approach, with attention to detail.

Flexible and adaptable, able to respond to change in a fast-changing organisation.

Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously.

IT literate & quick learner.
