Purpose of the Job:

The Reporting Specialist will lead the delivery of business analytics in the MTC FP&A area, contributing to the development and enhancement of reporting processes. This role focuses on improving and automating reporting, implementing new technologies, and designing new reports based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take the lead in crafting and delivering accurate and timely financial reports, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Dive into the details to analyze financial data, providing insightful narratives that guide strategic decision-making.
  • Utilize advanced reporting tools and technology to automate and enhance the efficiency of financial reporting processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize reporting systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing financial structures.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to understand reporting requirements and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
  • Champion a customer-centric mindset, tailoring reports to meet the diverse needs of stakeholders while maintaining a focus on clarity and precision.

  • University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in analytical and reporting tools, advanced Excel (including VBA), and ERP systems (SAP/SAP BW preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in financial reporting roles, preferably in a dynamic corporate environment.
  • Familiarity with Power BI or similar reporting systems is advantageous.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Previous experience in finance or accounting is advantageous.
  • In-depth understanding of order-to-cash processes is considered as plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
