For one of our clients – a leading payments platform. We are looking for experienced, reliable and motivated individuals for the role of Operations Analyst with REST knowledge.

Key Responsibilities: • Facilitating effective collaboration among internal departments for the successful introduction of new products. • Assessing current operational processes and procedures to pinpoint opportunities for enhancement. • Employing agile methodologies to monitor the progress of initiative launches. • Engaging in reviews of operational backlogs and commitment ceremonies to align and prioritize key tasks. • Adhering to established processes and procedures for Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies. • Improving the customer experience by comprehensively understanding their needs. • Serving as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for new products, features, and enhancements. • Coordinating training sessions for the operational team to enhance their skills. • Identifying, reporting and providing feedback on any product defects that could impede a successful GTM launch.

Key Requirements: • Excellent knowledge and experience with REST. • Proficient in XML, JAVA, and SOAP with practical knowledge of coding in HTML and CSS. • Familiarity with programming languages, particularly JavaScript. • Hands-on experience with Atlassian products including JIRA, Trello, and Confluence. • Skilled in working with RESTful APIs and a proficient user of the Postman Platform. • Well-versed in agile methodology and associated tooling. • Fluency in English both written and spoken. • Previous experience in a similar GTM role or Product Manager position of 3 to 5 years. • Prior experience in a FinTech or Finance Service’s company is considered an asset. • Excels in a collaborative, cross-functional environment with excellent professional communication skills on both technical and business-related subjects. • Familiarity with payment gateways is a significant advantage. • Ability to comprehend and translate complex technical issues into practical business solutions and articulate intricate technical terms or processes in clear business language.
