Relationship Manager, MID Corporates

The specific position, which we are looking for is:

Relationship Manager, MID Corporates

General duties:

  • Develop and implement a target plan geared towards expanding the customer portfolio;
  • Maximize share of wallet of an assigned portfolio of mid corporate clients (above BGN 3 Mio turnover) by executing a consistent and effective client contact strategy;
  • Earn the customer’s full banking relationship for both business and personal needs by cross-selling and referring customers appropriately to specialists or other customer segments;
  • Proactively deliver an appropriate suite of products and services in response to customer needs, focusing on core products (loans, deposits, payments and e-banking, FX);
  • Structure the sales offer and negotiate this offer in coordination with the relevant units in HQ;
  • Regularly ensure the clients are satisfied with the services provided;
  • Analyze the financial statements of corporate clients and structure lending deals in accordance with the bank’s lending guidelines;
  • Coordinate and monitor the correct execution of all transactions completed with customers;
  • Key responsibility for structuring of loans and for loan documentation;
  • Protect the bank’s assets and reputation by knowing the client and monitoring for early warning signals.

Requirements:

  • University degree;
  • Minimum 2 (two) years experience as Relationship Manager;
  • Strong marketing and presentation skills;
  • Ability to analyse financial statements;
  • Excellent command of English – written and spoken;
  • Excellent computer skills – MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint);
  • A good team player, capable of working in a fast paced pressured environment
