Senior Engagement Professional

For one of our clients, we are searching for a driven and experienced professional for the mission of:

SENIOR ENGAGEMENT PROFESSIONAL

The Major Responsibilities Include:

∙ Support and consult employees and, if necessary, act as a mediator. ∙ Analyze key indicators regarding the commitment and retention of employees - health status, turnover, work schedule planning, etc., and propose measures. ∙ Assist managers in improving employee-related indicators. ∙ Participate in the onboarding process of new employees. ∙ Conduct exit interviews and summarize the data obtained. ∙ Prepare reports related to the activity. ∙ Participate, lead, propose projects related to employee engagement and retention.

Key Requirements:

∙ Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree - preferably in the field of human resources management, psychology. ∙ 3 years of professional experience, in the field of human resources will be considered an advantage. ∙ Excellent analytical, organizational, communication skills. ∙ Excellent team player. ∙ Very good computer skills - MS Office ( MS Excel and MS PowerPoint ). ∙ Responsibility and initiative. ∙ Knowledge of English and / or German - level (B2) is considered an advantage. ∙ Project management experience will be considered an advantage.
