As a Business Development/Sales Manager at DECIBEL, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our mission to enhance acoustic environments. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Prospecting and Outreach:

    • Conduct effective cold calling and cold emailing campaigns to identify and connect with potential B2B clients.
    • Build a robust pipeline of qualified leads through strategic prospecting.
  2. Client Meetings and Presentations:

    • Arrange and conduct face-to-face meetings with B2B clients to understand their needs and present our tailored soundproofing and acoustic solutions.
    • Deliver compelling presentations showcasing the value and efficacy of DECIBEL products.
  3. Relationship Building:

    • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with clients to understand their evolving needs and provide customized solutions.
  4. Frequent Travel:

    • Engage in frequent travel to the USA to visit B2B clients, build rapport, and strengthen business relationships.
    • Represent DECIBEL professionally at client locations, fostering a positive image.
  5. Exhibition Attendance:

    • Attend industry-specific exhibitions and trade shows across USA to showcase DECIBEL's cutting-edge offerings.
    • Actively network with potential clients, industry professionals, and partners.
  6. Market Intelligence:

    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market demands.
    • Utilize market insights to refine sales strategies and improve DECIBEL's product positioning.


  • Proven experience in business development and B2B sales within the soundproofing and acoustic solutions industry.
  • Strong cold calling and prospecting skills.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and industry events.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Located in Bulgaria.
