About the position:

The Project Manager- Modernization is leader for the Modernization project team and is directly reporting to the director of MS&T. The main purpose of this position is to lead and build capabilities, systems, and processes for transforming a business unit to deliver sustainable bottom-line results. To coach everyone in the organization (teams and front-line), to apply Agile and assure agile standards. To devise effective communication and training methods to successfully transform business units and teaches, mentors and improves Agile practices across the organization.

Main responsibilities:

  • Build and lead cross functional and interdisciplinary project team ensuring clear communication, motivation and collaboration
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively to the team members
  • Create detailed project schedule and project budget management
  • Understand use cases solved by analytics team and jointly strategize on how to implement models in a business unit
  • Validate the value at stake and the prioritization of use cases with the translator based on business impact
  • Work closely with Senior leaders and IT team to quickly implement new model capabilities
  • Look for ways to strengthen team’s understanding of Agile, e.g., Scrum concepts and principles
  • Collaborate with business heads to strategize communication and training plan for business unit members
  • Prepare training and coaching material for effective translation of knowledge to business representatives
  • Monitor progress made by various stakeholders on implementation and make necessary interventions to adhere to timelines
  • Empower leadership teams in building, growing and sustaining a thriving Agile team
  • To ensure regulatory compliance

Main requirements:

  • University degree in Business, Management, Engineering or relevant
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
  • Experience acting as a Project Manager in a fast-moving tech environment
  • Passion for driving teams towards high performance and a deep pride in quality craftsmanship that delights users
  • Knowledge of Agile principles and the flexibility to adapt your experience to new and evolving environment
  • Ability to build a sense of trust and rapport that creates a comfortable & effective workplace, in various stages of Agile development
  • Ability to influence senior members of the organization to fast-track implementation
  • Experience working in agile environments
  • Professional attitude and service orientation, to be a good team player
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work at an abstract level and gain consensus
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Very good verbal and written communication skills in English
