Job location Sofia; Permanent; Full time; Salary from 3400 to 4300 BGN (Gross); Languages: English, Dutch, Romanian.

For one of our clients – a well-established company, offering their services and products in the customer experience field. We are searching for friendly, bright and result-oriented people for the role Customer Support Representative Romanian or Dutch and English.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Leasing with the customers via phone or chat;
  • Handling their questions and issues in a timely manner to ensure customer happiness;
  • Checking up on complex cases and updating tickets with call scripting;
  • Escalating complex cases to teams responsible for further processing;
  • Maintaining free information flow and striving to keep everybody informed;
  • Keeping up with process updates and integrating changes as they are introduced.


  • Fluent in Romanian or Dutch and English (both written and spoken);
  • Previous experience in a call center environment is desired;
  • Skilled with MS Office applications (mostly Word and Excel);
  • Friendly and bright person motivated by achieving great results;
  • Eger to learn, improve skills and performance;
  • Available to work on night shifts.
