What we need?

Are you a dynamic professional with a passion for driving sales and fostering business growth? Look no further! We are actively searching for a talented Sales & Business Development Manager with Japanese or French to join our innovative team. If you have a proven track record in successfully selling software products, proficiency in Japanese or English and the ability to navigate global markets, we want to hear from you!

What you will do:

  • Product Listing Management: Ensure our software products receive timely and accurate updates across various sales channels.
  • Partner Relations: Cultivate and manage partner relationships to enhance satisfaction levels, fostering strong and enduring partnerships.
  • Product Placement Optimization: Utilize keen analytical skills to monitor, analyze, and optimize the strategic placement of our products in assigned channels daily.
  • New Partner Onboarding: Actively engage in outreach and onboarding activities for new partners, promoting our company and products while establishing and nurturing positive relationships.
  • Point of Contact: Be the primary contact for queries related to assigned channels, addressing questions and issues promptly.
  • Support Business Line Teams: Provide essential support to Business Line teams, ensuring effective communication, organization, follow-ups, and overall structure.
  • Sales Leads Development: Identify, discover, and develop new leads, channels, and opportunities for B2B and retail sales across diverse global markets.
  • What expertise do you need?
  • Professional Experience: A minimum 3 years of successful experience in a similar role, demonstrating a track record of effectively selling software products.
  • Global Enterprises Experience: Previous work experience in Global Enterprises is a significant advantage.
  • Language Proficiency: Proficiency in Japanese or French
  • Customer Care and Communication: Showcase experience in customer care with strong business communication skills.
  • Computer Literacy: Exhibit above-average computer literacy with proficiency in relevant software and tools.
  • Proactive and Organized: Demonstrate a proactive, self-organizing nature with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
