For one of our trusted clients, we are looking for a B2B Customer Service Specialist for their office in Sofia, Bulgaria.


  • Answering inbound phone calls and performed email communications related to providing auto transport quotes, confirmation of bookings, pick-up, and delivery status, billing, and changes to orders
  • Serving as liaison between the client and other internal departments
  • Performs data entry into CRM
  • Provides status updates and additional information to company customers
  • Escalates to senior management when necessary


  • Fluency in English – written and spoken
  • 2 years of related previous experience on a similar role
  • Strong written and verbal communication and the ability to effectively negotiate
  • Ability to effectively use CRM, Excel/Sheets, and PowerPoint/Slides
  • Multitasking and teamwork abilities
  • Strong time management skills
  • Willingness to work in US working hours
