We are on a search for positive, customer-focused and communicative for the role of Support Consultant with Portuguese, Hebrew, Dutch, Danish, Finnish, Norwegian or Swedish and English - Hybrid.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Helping customers swiftly and effectively via tickets or calls;
- Providing personalized solutions and attentive support;
- Guiding customers through processes to ensure a high-quality experience;
- Analyzing and reporting on recurring issues and common inquiries;
- Collaborating with team members and striving to maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements:
- Team-oriented mindset, ready to contribute to team success;
- Fluent in one primary language with excellent English skills;
- Positive and customer-centric approach with a dedication to delivering outstanding service;
- Strong communication abilities and a positive attitude;
- Familiarity with major operating systems is beneficial.
