For one of our clients – world-renowned company, offering services and products in a wide variety of fields. We are searching for bright, chatty and driven people for the role of Remote Customer Experience Travel Advisor with French or German and English - PTE or FTE

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Leasing with customers via tickets or calls;
  • Noting patterns in issues and common questions, and reporting to the team lead;
  • Listening actively and supporting customers with answers and solutions to their issues;
  • Providing guidance, seeing the case through the end and aiming for customer happiness;
  • Working closely together with other employees and aiming to maintain a supportive and friendly working atmosphere.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in French or German and English language;
  • Customer-focused and eager to provide assistance and leave a positive impression;
  • Confident conversationalist, able to identify and adapt to different customer types;
  • Familiar with basic technologies, driven to learn and broaden existing skillset;
  • Team-oriented and proactive, ready to jump in and support others when necessary.
