Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensuring customer happiness by listening carefully and communicating professionally;
• Communicating with the users and getting to the root cause of their issue;
• Keeping track of issue trends and reporting to your supervising team;
• Helping users resolve their everyday use issues and answering their questions;
• Working closely with other colleagues and contributing to a great working atmosphere.

Requirements:

• Solid command of one of the main languages and good English skills;
• Familiarity with Android OS and iOS use and features;
• Bright communicator able to connect and communicate clearly and politely;
• Team and customer-oriented, willing to assist, find and implement solutions;
• Results-driven, eager improve personal performance and work long-term.
