For one of our clients – a global company offering products and services in the online payments field. We are on a lookout for detail-oriented, bright and driven individuals for the role of Support Asistant with French or German and English ( Payments Field).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Engaging with customers through various channels;
• Offering information and handling requests regarding company’s products and services;
• Utilizing available tools to find the best solutions for customer issues;
• Maintaining knowledge on the products and services on offer;
• Ensuring customer happiness and considering feedback for continuous improvement;
• Striving to be efficient and escalating of complex cases when necessary;
• Building and nurturing strong relationships with customers.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in German, French and English (verbal and written);
• Good people skills and ability to adapt to different types of customers;
• Detail oriented and an active listener;
• Driven to learn and deliver a high-quality customer experience;
• Organized and a capable multitasker;
• Enthusiastic about being part of a team and based in Plovdiv.
