For one of our clients - a giant company, offering services and solutions in various fields. We are on a search for open, determined, and customer-focused people for the role of BPO Consultant with French Finish, Danish or Dutch and English.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with customers, listening to their issues and requests;
  • Communicating with care and understanding and striving to provide a positive experience;
  • Analyzing each case and striving to offer the best suited solution;
  • Keeping an eye on reoccurring issues and reporting on identified trends to your superiors;
  • Serving as a guide and navigating customers through the solution process;
  • Acting as a part of the team and striving to maintain a good working environment.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in French Finish, Danish or Dutch and strong English skills;
  • Open and friendly approach to customers and determination to help;
  • Customer-focus, good people skills and ability to adapt to different cases;
  • Team-player attitude and drive to provide a high-quality service;
  • Familiarity with iOS and Android OS features;
  • Flexible, reliable and organized.
