For one of our clients – a company bringing innovation and fresh solutions to the online payments field. We are looking for reliable, driven and flexible people for the role of Customer Due Diligence Specialist with Greek, German or French and English.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Getting to know everything about AML Policies and Customer Identification Program manuals and following suit;
• Keep in line with regulatory requirements, investigate entities and individuals against sanctions, unfavorable news and politically exposed persons lists;
• Preventing and minimizing risks and serving as the first line of defense for the company;
• Preforming KYC/KYB checkups for our European clients;
• Collaborating with clients directly, communicating via phone and email and requesting.

Requirements:

• Great German, Greek or French skills and very good command of English;
• Confident speaker (both in written and verbal communication) with a positive attitude;
• Driven and flexible, responsible and able to multitask when needed;
• Experience financial institutions or banking would be considered an advantage;
• Previous experience in a similar role will be a strong recommendation for the job;
• Good with analysing complex data and summarize findings, reliable and skilled with organizing and prioritizing findings.
