For one of our clients – a globally present company offering high-quality services in the customer experience field. We are searching for organized, responsible and determined team-players for the role of Non-Voice Representative with Turkish or German and English.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintaining the knowledge of Community and Safety Policy guidelines;
- Dealing with tasks related to user safety and enforcing Safe and Fair Play Policy;
- Responding to users regularly and handling Rrust & Safety related support tickets;
- Reporting issues and observed market patterns to the supervisors in Trust & Safety team;
- Working with Trust & Safety supervisors on escalations and in-game security incidents;
- Teaming-up with superiors in Trust & Safety and ensuring a high-quality service.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Turkish or German and good English skillset;
- Organized and responsible, able to meet deadlines;
- Team-oriented and driven to contribute towards reaching collective targets and goals;
- Determined to provide excellent support and meet company standards;
- Ready to learn, improve personal performance and show results.
