Sr. Assistant, Data Management BeLux with French or/and Dutch language skills
Job Purpose
The resource will be responsible for the execution of tasks in the Data Management Services team, taking care of customer data management, performing standard and complex reports and managing prospects.
Key Responsibilities
Data Management • Create new customer profiles and take care of future updates and data maintenance, including coordination, launch and monitoring of data quality surveys (via “Account Requests” in Salesforce) • Manage additional master data (such as product catalogues and prices) and customer hierarchies • Manage master data alignment between different systems, particularly when not integrated, and conduct data mapping and data visualization • Perform data validation and data quality routines, participate to recurring meetings with In-Country roles to guarantee data quality and process governance and support master data initiatives • Ownership “Case Management” process & delivery
Prospects Management (POGO) • Manage Lead Identification and Qualification in system data set • Upload of qualified leads in Salesforce and provide qualified leads to commercial departments (e.g., KAM, FS, Omni-contact) • Perform Ongoing Analysis of Existing Outlets with Headroom for Growth
Wholesaler data management, e.g. match wholesaler account and product data with CCEP data
