Field Exetuion Manager
For one of our clients, a leading company prominent on the international energy drink market, we’re looking for a Field Execution Manager.
Main Accountabilities:
- Improve indicators – distribution, shelf space, placements, promo, consumer pricing
- Collaborate with the sales team to bring growth and opportunities in field execution
- Implement FE Development Plan per channel, region and zone and manage its success
- Setting PICOS (Picture of Success) standards, develop and measure its fulfillment
- Undertake POS categorization, mapping and route design
- Regularly conduct business reviews with the sales team to access development
- Follow promo activities and measure their effectiveness
- Coach, train and motivate the sales team
- Visit points of sales on national level to identify status and drive action plan for improvement
- Prepare analysis and reports on performance and identify areas for improvement
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience
- Immaculate communication skills to engage with the sales team
- Problem-solving abilities
- Strategic thinking to identify key challenges and drive field execution to business growth
- Analytical mindset
- Excellent command of English language
- Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to travel across the country
